(1) Põllumajandustoode ja toit käesoleva seaduse tähenduses on Euroopa Liidu toimimise lepingu I lisas nimetatud toode või selles lisas nimetamata toode, mis on töödeldud toiduks samas lisas nimetatud toodet kasutades., (1) For the purposes of this Act, ‘agricultural and food product’ means a product listed in Annex I to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union as well as products not listed in that Annex but processed for use as food using products listed in that Annex., defineeritakse selle seaduse ulatuses, defined within the scope of this Act
