(1) Pakkumus (ofert) on lepingu sõlmimise ettepanek, mis on piisavalt määratletud ja väljendab pakkumuse esitaja (oferendi) tahet olla ettepanekule nõustumuse andmise korral sõlmitava lepinguga õiguslikult seotud.
