(5) Uudne tubakatoode on tubakatoode, mis ei ole sigaret, isekeeratav suitsetamistubakas, piibutubakas, vesipiibutubakas, sigar, sigarillo, närimistubakas, nuusktubakas ega suukaudseks kasutamiseks mõeldud tubakas ning mis on viidud turule pärast 2014. aasta 19. maid., (5) "Novel tobacco products" mean tobacco products which are not cigarettes, roll-your-own tobacco, pipe tobacco, waterpipe tobacco, cigars, cigarillos, chewing tobacco, nasal tobacco or tobacco for oral use and which are placed on the market after 19 May 2014., defineeritakse kõikide Eesti õigusaktide ulatuses, defined within the scope of all Estonian legal instruments
