  • (1) Riiklik referentlabor käesoleva seaduse tähenduses on Euroopa Parlamendi ja nõukogu määruse (EL) 2017/625 artiklis 100 sätestatud labor, kes täidab referentlabori ülesandeid taimetervise valdkonnas.
