(5) Maksesüsteem on makseasutuste ja e-raha asutuste seaduse § 3 lõikes 4 sätestatud maksesüsteem. Maksesüsteem, mis vastab käesoleva paragrahvi lõikes 1 nimetatud tingimustele, on arveldussüsteem käesoleva seaduse tähenduses.
