  • (5) Põhjalik rekonstrueerimistöö on lõppkasutaja asukohas toimuv hoone ümberehitamine käesoleva seadustiku § 4 lõike 3 tähenduses, mille käigus muudetakse hoonesisest füüsilist taristut või selle osa ning milleks on vaja esitada ehitusteatis või taotleda ehitusluba.

  • (5) ‘Major renovation’ means the remodelling, within the meaning of subsection 3 of § 4 of this Code, of the building at the location of the end user, in the course of which the in-building physical infrastructure or a part of it is modified and which requires the filing of a building notice or the making of an application for a building permit.

  • (4) Oluline rekonstrueerimine on ehitamine, mille puhul on hoone piirdekonstruktsioonide muutmisega ning kande- ja jäigastavate konstruktsioonide muutmise ja asendamisega või välispiirete ja tehnosüsteemide või nende osade muutmisega või tehnosüsteemi tervikliku asendamisega seotud kulud suuremad kui üks neljandik rekonstrueeritava hoonega samaväärse hoone keskmisest ehitusmaksumusest.
  • (4) Renovation is deemed to be major where the costs of modification of the building’s envelope elements and the modification or replacement of the building’s loadbearing or stiffening elements, or of modification of the building’s outer envelope and the building’s utility systems or parts thereof, or of the complete replacement of a utility system, exceed one quarter of the average building cost of a building that is equivalent to the building that is being renovated.
