(1) Maaparandussüsteemi uuendamine on selle iganenud või lagunenud osa uuega asendamine või täiendamine, eesvoolust ja kuivenduskraavist käesoleva seaduse § 44 lõike 5 alusel kehtestatud õigusaktis sätestatud mahus sette eemaldamine ning maaparandussüsteemi osa täiendamine maaparandussüsteemi üldparameetreid oluliselt muutmata., (1) ‘Renewal of the land improvement system’ means replacement of any parts of the system that have become obsolete or that have decayed with new ones, or the making of additions to those parts, as well as removal, to the extent provided by the legislative instrument adopted under subsection 5 of § 44 of this Act, of sediment from the artificial recipient or drainage ditch, and the making of additions to any part of the system without significantly altering the general parameters of that system., defineeritakse kõikide Eesti õigusaktide ulatuses, defined within the scope of all Estonian legal instruments
