(1) Maaparandussüsteemi ehitamine on maaparandussüsteemi kuuluva rajatise rajamine, hoone püstitamine või nende rekonstrueerimine ning nende tegevuste käigus kultuurtehnilise ja agromelioratiivse töö tegemine., (1) ‘Building a land improvement system’ means the construction of civil engineering works or erection of buildings that are part of the land improvement system, or the reconstruction of such civil engineering works or buildings, as well as the performance, in the course of building work, of agricultural engineering or soil improvement work., defineeritakse kõikide Eesti õigusaktide ulatuses, defined within the scope of all Estonian legal instruments
