  • 201) lõppkasutaja – füüsiline või juriidiline isik, kes ostab kütet, jahutust ja sooja tarbevett isiklikuks lõpptarbimiseks, või kesksest allikast kütte, jahutuse ja sooja tarbeveega varustatava korteri või hoone elanikust või kasutajast füüsiline või juriidiline isik, kellel ei ole lepingut energiatarnijaga;
  • defineeritakse selle seaduse ulatuses
  • 201) ‘final user’ means a natural or legal person who purchases heating, cooling or domestic hot water for their personal final consumption, or a natural or legal person who does not hold a contract with an energy distributor and who has their residence in, or uses, an apartment or a building that is supplied with heating, cooling or domestic hot water from a central source;
