(2) Kaugülekuulamine tähendab käesolevas seadustikus ülekuulamist: 1) tehnilise lahenduse abil, mille tulemusena on ülekuulatava ütlused otseülekandena vahetult näha ja kuulda ning talle saab küsimusi esitada; 2) telefonitsi, mille tulemusena on ülekuulatava ütlused vahetult kuulda ning talle saab küsimusi esitada.
