(3) Kahesuguse kasutusega kauba vahendus on vahendusteenus nõukogu määruse (EÜ) nr 428/2009 tähenduses, sealhulgas: 1) tehingute üle läbirääkimiste pidamine või selliste tehingute korraldamine, mille eesmärk on kahesuguse kasutusega kauba müümine, ostmine või tarnimine Euroopa Liidu välisest riigist teise Euroopa Liidu välisesse riiki, või 2) Euroopa Liidu välises riigis asuva kahesuguse kasutusega kauba müümine või ostmine eesmärgiga toimetada see edasi teise Euroopa Liidu välisesse riiki., (3) Brokering of dual-use items means the brokering service within the meaning of Council resolution 428/2009 (EC), including: 1) the negotiations of transactions or arrangement of such transactions the purpose of which is the sale, purchase or supply of dual-use items from a country outside the European Union to another country outside the European Union or 2) the sale or purchase of dual-use items located in a country outside the European Union with the aim to transfer it to another country outside the European Union., defineeritakse selle seaduse ulatuses, defined within the scope of this Act
