(1) Käsk käesoleva seaduse tähenduses on käsu andja tahte väljendus teenistuskohustuse täitmise kestel. Kaitseliidu liikmele ei kohaldata Kaitseväe korralduse seaduses sätestatud käsu regulatsiooni, välja arvatud juhul, kui Kaitseliidu liige on kutsutud õppekogunemisele või lisaõppekogunemisele kaitseväeteenistuse seaduse alusel.

(1) For the purposes of this Act, an order is a communication which conveys instructions of an issuer of the order during the performance of the duty. The regulation of an order provided in the Estonian Defence Forces Organisation Act is not applied to a member of the Defence League, except in the case where a member of the Defence League has been called up to the reservist training or an additional reservist training based on the Military Service Act.
