(1) Juhatus on korteriühistu juhtorgan, kes esindab ja juhib korteriühistut. Korteriühistu juhatusele kohaldatakse lisaks käesolevas seaduses sätestatule mittetulundusühingute seaduse § 26 lõikes 2 ning §-des 27–29 ja 32 mittetulundusühingu juhatuse kohta sätestatut.

(1) Juhatus on krediidiasutuse juhtimisorgan, mis juhib selle igapäevast tegevust, lähtudes nõukogu poolt kinnitatud strateegiast ning tegevuse üldistest põhimõtetest ning kontrollib krediidiasutuse töötajate igapäevast tegevust.

(1) The management board of a credit institution is a directing body of the credit institution, which directs the day-to-day activities thereof pursuant to the strategies and general principles of activities approved by the supervisory board, and monitors the day-to-day activities of the staff members of the credit institution.
