  • (2) Emitent käesoleva seaduse tähenduses on käesoleva seaduse § 3 lõikes 1 nimetatud täiendava tegevusloa saanud krediidiasutus, sõltumata sellest, kas ta on pandikirju emiteerinud või võtnud kohustuse pandikirju emiteerida.
