(3) Investeeringu väärtus käesoleva seaduse tähenduses on käesoleva paragrahvi lõikes 1 nimetatud raha ja väärtpaberite väärtus, mis määratakse valdkonna eest vastutava ministri kehtestatud metoodika kohaselt, lähtudes eelkõige nende turuväärtusest.

(3) For the purposes of this Act, the value of an investment is the value of the money and securities specified in subsection 1 of this section, determined pursuant to the methods established by the minister in charge of the policy sector mainly on the basis of the market value of the money and securities.
