(1) Gaasitarbimise intensiivsus käesoleva seaduse tähenduses on käesoleva paragrahvi lõike 3 punktis 2 nimetatud perioodil ettevõtja Eestis asuvate ettevõtete tarbitud või tarbitava maagaasi kogumaksumuse osakaal protsentides ettevõtja loodud või loodavast lisandväärtusest samal perioodil., defineeritakse selle seaduse ulatuses, (1) For the purposes of this Act, the intensity of gas consumption is the proportion of the total cost of natural gas consumed or being consumed by enterprises located in Estonia of the undertaking during the period specified in clause 2 of subsection 3 of this section, as a percentage of the value added created or being created by the undertaking during the same period., defined within the scope of this Act
