(1) Kindlustuspreemia käesoleva seaduse tähenduses on rahasumma, mille määrab kindlustusandja eksporditehingu riskitasemest ja tagatisevõtja omavastutusest lähtuvalt ning mille tagatisevõtja tasub kindlustusandjale kindlustuslepingus määratud suuruses ja tähtajal.
