  • 4) kütuse import on kütusele vabasse ringlusse lubamise tolliprotseduuri kohaldamine Euroopa Parlamendi ja nõukogu määruse (EL) nr 952/2013, millega kehtestatakse liidu tolliseadustik (ELT L 269, 10.10.2013, lk 1–101) (edaspidi tolliseadustik), tähenduses;
  • defineeritakse selle seaduse ulatuses
  • 4) ‘import of fuel’ means the application to fuel of the customs procedure ‘release for free circulation’ as defined in Regulation (EU) No. 952/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council laying down the Union Customs Code (OJ L 269, 10.10.2013, pp. 1–101) (hereinafter, ‘Customs Code’);
  • defined within the scope of this Act
