§ 3. Huvikooli mõiste (1) Huvikool on haridusasutus, mis tegutseb noorsootöö valdkonnas ning loob huvihariduse omandamise ja isiksuse mitmekülgse arengu, sealhulgas oma keele ja kultuuri viljelemise võimalused huvihariduse erinevates valdkondades.
