17) kontsern on ettevõtjate grupp, mis koosneb emaettevõtjast, selle tütarettevõtjatest äriseadustiku § 6 tähenduses ja üksustest, milles emaettevõtjal või selle tütarettevõtjatel on osalus, või selliste ettevõtjate grupp, mis moodustavad konsolideerimisgrupi raamatupidamise seaduse § 27 lõike 3 tähenduses;
