§ 3. Krediidi andmine Krediidi andmine käesoleva seaduse tähenduses on võlaõigusseaduse § 401 lõigetes 1 ja 2 nimetatud krediidi andmine, tasuline maksetähtpäeva edasilükkamine, liising või muu abi finantseerimisel, sealhulgas krediidilepingute sõlmimine ja selleks vajalike toimingute tegemine oma nimel ja arvel.

§ 3. Granting of credit For the purposes of this Act, granting of credit means the granting of credit, the postponement of a due date for a charge, leasing or any other similar financial accommodation specified in subsections 1 and 2 of § 401 of the Law of Obligations Act, including the entry into credit agreements and performance of acts needed for this purpose in the person’s own name and on the person’s own account.
