(3) Sundvõõrandiandjaks käesoleva seaduse tähenduses on osalust omav aktsionär, kelle osalus krediidiasutuses sundvõõrandatakse ning sundvõõrandisaajaks (edaspidi sundvõõrandaja) on sundvõõrandatava osaluse omandajana riik.
