For the purposes of this Act, ‘ester-aldehyde fraction’ means a liquid which contains all of the following substances per litre of 100 percent ethanol (hereinafter ethanol) in at least the quantities specified below: 1) 500 mg acetaldehydes; 2) 500 mg ethyl acetate; 3) 1.5 percent methanol by volume; 4) 20 mg of fuel oil.
