  • 1) “employee” means a person employed under an employment contract or a contract for the provision of services, an official or any other person set out in § 2 of the Public Service Act. Persons applying for employment or service are also deemed to be employees;

  • (4) Töötaja käesoleva seaduse tähenduses on inimene, kes on hõivatud käesoleva seaduse § 8 lõike 4 punktides 3–9 nimetatud tegevusega ja pöördub töötukassa poole tööturumeetme saamiseks.

  • (4) For the purposes of this Act, an employee means a person who is engaged in an activity specified in clauses 3–9 of subsection 4 of § 8 of this Act and contacts the unemployment insurance fund in order to receive a labour market measure.
