  • (1) Digitaalse teenuse osutaja käesoleva seaduse tähenduses on infoühiskonna teenuse seaduses sätestatud infoühiskonna teenuse osutaja, kes: 1) pakub internetipõhist kauplemiskohta; 2) pakub internetipõhist otsimootorit või 3) osutab pilvandmetöötlusteenust.
  • defineeritakse selle seaduse ulatuses
  • (1) For the purposes of this Act, ‘digital service provider’ means an information society service provider provided in the Information Society Services Act who: 1) offers an online marketplace; 2) offers an online search engine; or 3) provides cloud computing services.

  • 2) digitaalse teenuse osutaja – üldnimetus, mille all mõeldakse domeeninimede süsteemi teenuse osutajat, tippdomeeninimede registri pidajat, domeeninimede registreerimise teenuse osutajat, pilvandmetöötlusteenuse osutajat, andmekeskusteenuse osutajat, sisulevivõrguteenuse osutajat, haldusteenuse osutajat, infoturbeteenuse osutajat, internetipõhise kauplemiskoha pidajat ja veebipõhise otsingumootori või sotsiaalmeediaplatvormi pakkujat;
  • defineeritakse selle seaduse ulatuses
  • 2) ‘digital service provider’ means a generic term referring to a domain name system service provider, a top-level domain name registry, a domain name registration service provider, a cloud computing service provider, a data centre service provider, a content delivery network service provider, a managed service provider, an information security service provider, an online marketplace provider and a provider of an online search engine or a social media platform;
