§ 7. Üleühenduseline ettevõtja Üleühenduseline ettevõtja on ettevõtja, kellel on liikmesriikides kokku vähemalt 1000 töötajat, kellest vähemalt kahes liikmesriigis on kummaski vähemalt 150 töötajat.
