(1) Kollektiivkaubamärk on kaubamärk, mida kirjeldatakse sellisena kaubamärgi taotlemisel ja mis eristab kaubamärgiomanikuks oleva ühenduse liikmete kaupu või teenuseid teiste ettevõtjate kaupadest või teenustest.
