(1) Kollektiivne töötüli on lahkarvamus tööandja või tööandjate ühingu või liidu ja töötajate või töötajate ühingu või liidu vahel, mis on tekkinud kollektiivlepingute sõlmimisel ja täitmisel ning uute töötingimuste kehtestamisel.
