(1) Sertifitseerimisasutus Euroopa Parlamendi ja nõukogu määruse (EL) nr 1303/2013 artikli 123 lõike 2 tähenduses on Rahandusministeerium või valdkonna eest vastutava ministri määratud Rahandusministeeriumi valitsusasutus.
