(4) Euroopa Liidu eelarveraamistik käesoleva seaduse tähenduses on Euroopa Liidu toimimise lepingu artiklitel 121, 126 ja 136 ja selle lepingu lisaprotokollil nr 12 ning nende alusel kehtestatud Euroopa Liidu õigusaktidel, sealhulgas Euroopa Parlamendi ja nõukogu määrusel (EL) 2024/1263 ning nõukogu määrusel (EÜ) nr 1467/97 ülemäärase eelarvepuudujäägi menetluse rakendamise kiirendamise ja selgitamise kohta (EÜT L 209, 02.08.1997, lk 6–11), põhinev Euroopa Liidu liikmesriikide eelarvepoliitika koordineerimise süsteem ja põhimõtted ning nimetatud lepingu alusel kehtestatud asjakohased õigusaktid., (4) The budgetary framework of the European Union for the purposes of this Act is the system of and principles for coordination of the fiscal policies of the Member States of the European Union based on Articles 121, 126 and 136 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union and Additional Protocol No 12 to that Treaty, and the legal instruments of the European Union established on the basis thereof, including Regulation (EU) No 2024/1263 of the European Parliament and of the Council and Council Regulation (EC) No 1467/97 on speeding up and clarifying the implementation of the excessive deficit procedure (OJ L 209, 02.08.1997, pp. 6–11), and the relevant legal instruments established on the basis of that Treaty., defineeritakse selle seaduse ulatuses, defined within the scope of this Act
