(1) Grupierand on valdkonna eest vastutava ministri ettepanekul Vabariigi Valitsuse määrusega antud üldine luba käesoleva seaduse §-s 6 sätestatud tingimustele vastavate teatud liiki konkurentsi kahjustavate või kahjustada võivate kokkulepete sõlmimiseks, kooskõlastatud tegevuseks või otsuse vastuvõtmiseks.
