  • 15) energiavahendaja – nõudluspoole teenusepakkuja, kes ühendab mitmed lühiajalised tarbimiskoormused müümiseks otse või enampakkumisel organiseeritud energiaturgudel, milleks on elektribörs või börsiväline turg energia, võimsuse, bilansi- ja lisateenustega kauplemiseks mis tahes ajavahemikul, sealhulgas tärminlepingute turud, päev-ette-turud ja päevasisesed turud;
  • defineeritakse selle seaduse ulatuses
  • 15) ‘aggregator’ means a demand service provider that combines multiple short-duration consumer loads for sale or auction in organised energy markets which include power exchange or over-the-counter markets for trading energy, capacity, balancing and ancillary services in all timeframes, including forward, day-ahead and intra-day markets;
