§ 26. Abivajav laps Abivajav laps on laps, kelle heaolu on ohustatud või kelle puhul on tekkinud kahtlus tema väärkohtlemise, hooletusse jätmise või muu lapse õigusi rikkuva olukorra suhtes, ja laps, kelle käitumine ohustab tema enda või teiste isikute heaolu., § 26.
