  • (1) Lapse isa on mees, kes on lapse eostanud. Loetakse, et lapse on eostanud mees: 1) kes on lapse sünni ajal lapse emaga abielus; 2) kes on isaduse omaks võtnud või 3) kelle isaduse on tuvastanud kohus.
  • defineeritakse kõikide Eesti õigusaktide ulatuses
  • (1) The man by whom a child is conceived is the father of the child. It shall be deemed that a child is conceived by a man: 1) who is married to the mother of the child at the time of birth of the child; 2) who has acknowledged his paternity; or 3) whose paternity has been established by court.
