(1) Lapse isa on mees, kes on lapse eostanud. Loetakse, et lapse on eostanud mees: 1) kes on lapse sünni ajal lapse emaga abielus; 2) kes on isaduse omaks võtnud või 3) kelle isaduse on tuvastanud kohus.
