(2) Õlu käesoleva seaduse mõistes on üle 0,5 mahuprotsendilise etanoolisisaldusega toode, mille KNi esimesed neli numbrit on 2203, ning toode, mis on õlle ja ühe või mitme mittealkohoolse joogi segu ja mille KNi esimesed neli numbrit on 2206.

(2) For the purposes of this Act, ‘beer’ means products with an ethanol content exceeding 0.5 percent by volume and for which the first four digits of the CN are 2203, and products which are a mixture of beer and one or more non-alcoholic drinks and for which the first four digits of the CN are 2206.
