(1) Maaparandussüsteem on maatulundusmaa viljelusväärtuse suurendamiseks ja keskkonnakaitseks vajalike ehitiste kogum, mis on kinnisasja oluline osa tsiviilseadustiku üldosa seaduse § 54 lõike 1 tähenduses., (1) ‘Land improvement system’ means a set of construction works that is needed to increase the cultivation value of agricultural and forestry land or to protect the environment and that constitutes an essential part of the immovable within the meaning of subsection 1 of § 54 of the Act on the General Part of the Civil Code., defined within the scope of all Estonian legal instruments, defineeritakse kõikide Eesti õigusaktide ulatuses
