An Administrative Zone may be established around or leading up to NATO Class I or Class II security areas. Such a zone requires a visibly defined perimeter within which the possibility exists for the control of individuals and vehicles. Only information classified up to and including NR shall be handled and stored in Administrative Zones. [C-M(2002)49]
