The simplified verification operation(s), deviations in the order of operations, or both, cause measurement uncertainty contributions additional to those from the metrological characteristic deviation(s) in the implementation of the operator. The magnitude of these uncertainty contributions is also dependent on the geometrical characteristics (deviations of form and angularity) of the actual workpiece.
