Standardi IEC 61010-1 kohaselt tuleb kindlaks määrata puutevoolu hajuvus E13 läbi vooluahela A1 käeshoitavate osade (kaetud metallfooliumiga) ja maa vahel. Juhti tuleb hoida maksimaalse ühisrežiimi pinge ja kõrgeima nimisageduse juures.
