Celsiuse temperatuur on temperatuuri mõõtesüsteemi suurus, mille puhul puhas vesi külmub standardrõhul temperatuuril 0 °C ja keeb temperatuuril 100 °C. Celsiuse temperatuuri pakkus 1742. a välja Rootsi astronoom Anders Celsius.
