In delegations with only a limited number of officials or staff who may be empowered to sign cheques or post office or bank transfers, the authorities referred to in Article 22 of the Financial Regulation may, on a proposal from the authorizing officer and after receiving a favourable opinion from the accounting officer and financial controller, allow a single signature.
