Unless otherwise specified under the provisions set out in the Annexes to this Agreement and without prejudice to Article 11, this Agreement shall not apply to sanitary mesures related to food additives (all food additives and colours), sanitary stamps, processing aids, flavours, irradiation (ionization), contaminants (including microbiological standards), transports, chemicals originating from the migration of substances from packaging materials, labelling of foodstuffs, nutritional labelling, medicated feeds and premixes.
