retirement pension - a specified sum paid regularly to a person who has reached a certain age or retired from employment, normally paid from the date of reaching the specified age or the retirement date until death
Õigus vanaduspensionile on isikul:
1) kes on saanud 63-aastaseks ja
2) kellel on 15 aastat Eestis omandatud käesoleva seaduse §-s 27 sätestatud pensionistaaži.

Üldjuhul on "old-age pension" ja "retirement pension" sünonüümid, kuid juhul, kui nad esinevad ingliskeelses tekstis kõrvuti, on "retirement pension" tõlgitud erinevalt - "väljateenitud pension" [1143], "tööpension" [T1145].
