Välismakse -
(i) makse, kus ühe osapoole krediidiasutus asub väljaspool Eesti Vabariiki;
(ii) makse, kus mõlema osapoole krediidiasutus asub Eesti Vabariigis ning makse teostamise käigus kasutatakse väljaspool Eesti Vabariiki asuvat korrespondeeruvat krediidiasutust.

The provisions on payments by crediting an account should also apply to those cross-border payments, which are denominated in the euro unit or the national currency unit of the account of the creditor...
For the preparation of the third stage, the EMI shall: ... promote the efficiency of cross-border payments ...
