To obtain the conversion premium, the producer must satisfy the competent authorities: that he has delivered at least 50 000 kilogrammes of milk or the equivalent in milk products during the 1976 calendar year, that he still has an appropriate number of dairy cows on his holding and that he is continuing to deliver corresponding quantities, or that he has at least 15 dairy cows, including in-calf heifers, on his holding on the date of approval of the application.
