In April 1994, further to an anti-dumping investigation initiated in March 1993 ("the original investigation"), the Council, by Regulation (EC) No 1015/94(2) ("definitive Regulation"), imposed a definitive anti-dumping duty on imports of television camera systems ("TCS") originating in Japan.
