In accordance with Article 97 of the Financial Regulation, the following thresholds shall be fixed with regard to the award of contracts relating to research and technological development appropriations: - the limit below which contracts may be made by private treaty shall be ECU 90 000 for scientific and technical equipment and for works contracts.
