1. Where an undertaking processes its own production or, in the case of a group, that of its members, a delivery declaration shall be drawn up giving at least the following information: the date of delivery or, where appropriate, an indicative date if delivery is to take place after the date on which the declaration is submitted to the competent authority, the quantity of fodder received or to be received, the type or types of crop to be processed, where applicable, the name and address of the member of the group making the delivery, and identification of the parcel or parcels on which the fodder to be processed was grown, in accordance with the parcel identification system provided for in the integrated management and verification system.
