Elamukinnisvaraga seotud tarbijakrediidileping on tarbijakrediidileping võlaõigusseaduse § 402 lõike 2 tähenduses. Käesolevas seaduses tarbijakrediidilepingu kohta sätestatut kohaldatakse ka elamukinnisvaraga seotud tarbijakrediidilepingule, kui käesolevas seaduses ei ole sätestatud teisiti.
