Tõumaterjali turustamine. (1) Tõumaterjali on õigus turustada, kui on olemas tõu- või põlvnemistunnistus ning tõumaterjali on võimalik identifitseerida. (2) Tõumaterjalina võib turustada tõuaretuseks ametlikult tunnustatud aretusloomade spermat ja embrüoid.
